A Gumasta License is a mandatory registration under the Maharashtra Shops & Establishments Act. It authorises your business (shop, office, establishment) to operate within municipal limits. We handle document verification, application filing, and follow-up until issuance.

Typically it takes 0–7 working days, provided all documents are complete and the municipal authority has no additional queries. We aim to expedite the process for our clients.

Some common criteria: if your annual turnover exceeds the prescribed limit (?40 lakh/?20 lakh depending on business type), you supply goods/services interstate, or you operate on e-commerce platforms. We assess your business and guide whether GST registration is mandatory or optional.

Documents typically include: PAN of proprietor/partners, Aadhaar, photo of applicant, business name/activity proof, address proof (rent agreement/electricity bill), bank details, and for companies/LLPs a digital signature certificate (DSC).

GST registration is the process of obtaining a GSTIN (Goods & Services Tax Identification Number). GST return filing is the ongoing compliance where you submit periodic returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, CMP-08) for your business transactions.
